I. Provider

II. Use of the site

Informational. Contracting takes place after a discovery call, via a written proposal and invoice accepted by the user before any work starts.

III. Services

Free 15-min discovery call; home search with in-person viewings; Essential, Companion and Premium plans (onboarding, padrón, TIE appointment and fingerprinting, bank account, transport card, airport pickup, neighborhood tour, WhatsApp support); coordination with the professional network. The Provider is a Dominican-licensed lawyer; in Spain she acts only as relocation coordinator and does not provide legal advice reserved to Spanish lawyers nor procedural representation.

IV. Pricing & payment

Closed written quote in EUR (€) before any work. Booking confirmed by an initial bank transfer. Third-party costs (fees, notary, deposit, rent) are paid by the user.

V. Withdrawal

Consumer users have 14 calendar days to withdraw (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), except for services fully executed or started at the user's express request with acknowledged loss of withdrawal.

VI. Liability

Obligation of means, not of result. No guarantee of TIE issuance, a specific lease or administrative outcomes. Liability is capped at the amount of the contracted plan actually paid, excluding indirect damages.

VII. Applicable law

Spanish law. Courts of Madrid, except where consumer rules require the user's domicile. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
